6. Purpose of Relocation

Our company began operations in March 2022 and has been steadily growing its business. To further strengthen hiring in preparation for a future public listing, we decided to relocate in order to establish a more comfortable, highly functional, and convenient office environment.
The new head office is closer to Tokyo Station, a major transportation hub, than the previous location, offering superior transportation convenience that reduces the burden associated with employee commuting and business travel, and improves work-life balance. In addition, by expanding free-address seating and meeting rooms for visitors, we aim to create an even more user-friendly office environment, providing employees with a more comfortable workplace and enhancing productivity.
