Regarding Group Organizational Restructuring and Changes to the Executive Structure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our group hereby announces that, as outlined below, the Board of Directors meeting held on July 1, 2025 resolved to implement the group organizational restructuring, and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 2, 2025 resolved to implement the changes to the executive structure.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2488\u00a0Group Organizational Restructuring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective September 1, 2025, \u201cMAFTEC Group Co., Ltd.\u201d, which holds the group\u2019s management functions,will absorb \u201cMAFTEC Co., Ltd.\u201d, the operating company, and the surviving company will be named \u201cMAFTEC Co., Ltd.\u201d<br>The purpose of this organizational restructuring is to consolidate management resources, respond quickly and accurately to changes in the business environment and increasingly diverse needs, and further enhance corporate value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/maftec.co.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/img-250903-4_en.png\" alt=\"\"
